The vetting procedures for working at the heart of the UK are as lax now as they were post-war to the 1960s when The Cambridge Five: Kim Philby, Guy Burgess, Donald Maclean, Anthony Blunt and John Cairncross (from Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire) were allowed to infiltrate MI5/Bletchley Park to protect Soviet spies determined to steal nuclear secrets of US & UK programmes, alert the Politburo of the West’s strategic battle plans in Europe and condemn our spy operations & agents in the Warsaw Pact countries & the USSR to their deaths.
Now these UK sleeper agents (or in full view) below just work for a foreign power, Ireland, but due to advantageous visa arrangements in the UK, which need to be reconsidered, it is relatively easy for them to integrate into UK Government, civil service especially given the Labour Party’s propensity to favour terrorism, especially Irish Republicanism.
Not that the Conservative (& Unionist?) Party hasn’t been amiss to destroy both Northern Ireland’s place in the union, leaving it isolated and under EU law/courts alligned to the republics economically as well as destroying any benefits of Brexit, allowing unconstrained immigration both legal or illegal to bring a cultural war to ordinary British & Northern Irish people. But with them determined to commit hari-kari at the next general election then the awarders of victim rights to the IRA, rather than the victims of their violence, under the Good Friday agreement will be back in power. Some of the persons below were brought into the heart of UK power under Tony Blair’s quisling government. Some will come with Keir Starmer as their main sponsor.
These Irish InfilTraitors don’t see any problem in betraying the UK. That’s what moles do. They burrow deep into the establishment. In vetting these people below perhaps by just asking them:
- Are you Irish born or of Irish descent?
- Were you educated in the Roman Catholic church?
- Do you have a UK passport and/or an Irish one?
It would have indicated their allegiances. Americans don’t allow foreign passport holders into the heart of their government so why should we?
From the time of Tony Blairs’ Labour government election in 1997, there has been an operation to place Irish persons at the heart of government and civil service and in positions of national security. This did not end when Good Friday was signed in 1998. They have been working to undermine the union of Northern Ireland and Great Britain via government and civil service. This operation will only increase given the likelihood of Keir Starmer’s Labour party election later this year since that party is rife with hidden in plain sight double agents.
Culturally both Scotland and England have been inundated with cultural underminers from Ireland. These have been a major social burden & undermined society within. They do not follow normal norms of British residents. This can be seen from Celtic & Liverpool supporters booing national anthem and minutes silences for The Queen’s death. These guest workers have overstayed their welcome a long time ago. The support for Islamic terrorists like Hamas at Celtic Park and marches urging the genocide of Israel, antisemitic attacks in Buchanan St Glasgow and marches on UK streets chanting ‘From the river to the sea’ and the Metropolitan Police acquiescence in allowing takeover of the Cenotaph in London shows traitors within our society making not only Jewish residents unsafe.
So why political parties of both blue and red thought they could integrate Muslims into British culture when the Irish, who even follow a Christian religion, Roman Catholicism, never integrated and maintain a parallel society with chips on their shoulders?
They have also been infiltrating the heart of government and the civil service but it needs to be asked ‘Who are they really working for?” and like the Irish Fenian republican supporters in late 19th/early 20th century the question needs to be asked “Are they really saboteurs who have malign purposes to destroy the UK?”.
Why are we allowing these United Ireland supporting British people at the heart of policy in UK govt? Would the Americans allow an Iranian in the same position, would the Iranians allow an American or Israeli there too. Having anti-British heritage should prevent these people from serving in UK civil service or working as advisors to UK government ministers.
Funny how they target the intelligence positions & civil servant positions to become part of the deep state, which is always in power, only the politicians are voted out.
Irish persons at the heart of undermining the UK and the Union with NI, are Remainers and working on behalf of the EU. These quislings need watching very closely because their motivations are treasonous.
There needs to be a re-introduction of the law of Praemunire for persons employed at the heart of govt who in fact undermine the UK and are working for foreign interests whether it is Ireland, the EU or the US. Henry VIII used this law to make it treasonable to work on behalf of a foreign power (in this case The Roman Catholic church and The Pope). This needs to be reactivated to prevent these people undermining the UK union either for the benefit of Ireland (which had Roman Catholicism as the state religion in it’s constitution when it was established) by a United Ireland or for the EU as Remainers at the heart of government.
Warning lights should come on when the person has Irish ancestry (descended or born), Roman catholic educated, Remainer or supports EU control of UK laws. There needs to be a review of who has Irish nationality (passports), visa residency at the heart of UK government, Civil Service and Parliament.
Sue Gray
Civil Servant who, over a year ago, ran the investigation into Boris Johnson Partygate behaviour during lockdown. Showing the impartiality of the civil service, earlier this year, she quit to become Labour leader, Keir Starmer’s Chief of staff having knifed Boris Johnson in the back. Operation complete Agent Gray return to the Labour fold.
As well assassinating Boris Johnson she has also, under the guise of her Director General, Propriety and Ethics position disposed of:

Liam Fox, Defence minister

So she has been a busy little bee destroying the Conservative govt. She spent 3 years on secondment at the Northern Ireland office as Permanent Secretary of the Dept of Finance. Keeping an eye on where the money is going. She previously ran a pub in Newry during the Troubles, the IRA riddled town, without being run out of it. It is unlikely she would have been allowed to remain in Newry if she didn’t have the right sort of beliefs.
She joined the civil service from school and rose to Second Permanent Secretary to the Cabinet. So she has been party to many political secrets. Her govt biography:

Gray is married to Irish country singer Bill Conlon, with whom she took a career break in the 1980s so they could run the Cove Bar in heavily IRA infested Newry, Northern Ireland during the Troubles.
From her Wikipedia entry it was speculated that she was a spy. Who for it doesn’t say the UK or as agent for a foreign power, Ireland?:

Judging by actions taken to disrupt the UK Conservative govt then maybe her allegiances were to the benefit of another country?
She reported to Gus O’Donnell, Cabinet Secretary, Head of the Civil Service and Cabinet Office Permanent Secretary also Roman Catholic educated at Salesian College, Battersea. The Tablet Catholic paper said, in 2010, he was one of Britain’s most influential Roman Catholics.
He believed in open immigration policy and is partly responsible for the state of the UK today. He said ‘I think it’s my job to maximise global welfare not national welfare.’ Not sure you understand who was paying your wages, not the Catholic Church, and having been of over £200,000 a year plus living in a nice walled off suburb I’m sure he never got approached by illegal thugs with machetes or acid. Again a Remainer. He ticks a few boxes too.
Amazing that Sue Gray, as someone with such a dodgy Irish background, could work for the Union and Constitutional Directorate? No wonder the Brexit agreement ended up isolating NI from the UK union by leaving it subject to EU laws and promoting links with Ireland and hampering GB to NI trade links.
Secretive Nature of Ms Gray when in the Civil Service

Similarly when she moved to the Northern Ireland office, Sam McBride wrote an article in 2018 he reported that Ms Gray would have a significant impact beyond the Dept of Finance:

What is Ms Gray wants to hide especially given the exhortations for ‘transparency’ in government? We the public need to see who is really running this country. Is it the publicly elected representative government or the faceless civil servants? The civil service track record of decisions, opinions and nudging by policy need to be accountable. In order to see if they are really working for the benefit of the UK and not for foreign powers, Ireland and EU.
If the above was her Modus Operandi when in the civil service how much more she will be when the Labour Party are in power?
Not only is Sue Gray suspected of working for Ireland, her son Liam Conlon, in true Nepo Baby fashion, he has been selected for a Labour seat at the next election while being chairman of the Labour Party Irish Society. Did mummy get you the job? These people don’t even bother hiding. They are so obviously working for a foreign power rather than the interest of the UK:

He boasted about his mother’s influence on the Partygate investigation which ousted Boris Johnson as PM and that he is being groomed for a safe Labour seat. Source. Sue Gray was briefly in trouble but in true civl servant fudging escaped censure. Wasn’t she head of Propriety and Ethics but obviously the rules don’t affect her. Civil servants are supposed to be neutral politically. The questions which were left unanswered are:
When did she start talking to Keir Starmer/Labour Party about taking the Chief of Staff position?

Given the transfer from the civil service where she was party to many secrets of the depts she work at including the Cabinet, the Northern Ireland office, Union & Constitution and privy to policies of the current Conservative govt and risks to the reputation of the civil service of it’s impartiality. This was heavily highlighted in the advice letter from ACOBA (Advisory Committee on Business Appointments).
Although Ms Gray was talking to the Labour Party she claims she did not discuss government business during her civil service employment. But what about since her resignation?
Given her involvement at the heart of government, ACOBA put the following conditions (and they wouldn’t have unless they thought there were risks) on her taking up the Labour Party position:
Her talking to the Labour Party without informing the mandarins in Whitehall was against the Civil Service code and she should have been banned for working for Labour right up to and including the campaign at the next general election.
Rules for Thee not Me
Not that Ms Gray follows her previous positions ethics. openDemocracy recently accused the Labour Party of not declaring the donation by HSBC of the cost of an advisor to the staff of Shadow business secretary Jonathon Reynolds to the Electoral Commission. Sir Alistair Graham, former chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life between 2004 and 2007, told openDemocracy “the Electoral Commission should be looking at this”:

To fund their initiatives Labour wants to tax pensions withdrawals except for public sector pensions so that the champagne socialists, Sue Gray who had all the civil service positions listed above, and Keir Starmer who was Director of Public Prosecutions and Head of Crown Prosecutions for 5 years will not get touched. Some animals in the farm are more equal than other.
Imagine putting such a suspected Irish republican in the Northern Ireland office, Union and Constitutional office and in charge of overseeing Propriety and Ethics in the Cabinet office. Were there any areas of high political sensitivity that she not was allowed into? The permanent government, the true ‘establishment’, never think that one of their own would be a traitor.
What were her clearance levels for intelligence? What passports and countries does she and her son owe allegiance to? Who else has she brought into the civil service during her career who has an Irish background that requires vetting?
In the last week, Ms Gray was set upon the Labour apparatchiks in the quest to find out who leaked the Starmer U-turn on his billion pound Green initiative. Labour staff who were questioned/interrogated were left in tears, their phones had to be turned over to examine who they had contacts with and this without their Trade Union reps. This is an example of how the Stasi Labour will run government. Just like SF nobody is allowed to talk outside. Omerta rules ok.
As well, Gray has found to be heavily involved in backdoor conniving on:
- Citizen Councils to usurp Parliamentary democracy
- Mugging Speaker Lindsey Hoyle by Starmer to get amendment over the top of the SNP in order not to vote on Gaza genocide because the Labour Party is beholden to Islamists votes for the General Election
Morgan McSweeney Labour Election Chief
Kier Starmer’s election Campaign chief is from Macroom, West Cork, Ireland. Formerly Keir Starmer’s Chief of Staff before Sue Gray. Keir Starmer certainly likes to stack his operation full of the Irish contingent. Now there is a big pile on with Labour likely being in power later this year.
McSweeney worked on Starmer’s 2020 Labour Party leadership campaign. He has travelled around the world meeting likeminded parties such as the Australian Labor Party, itself also rife with Irish descended Irish Republicans, to garner advice for the coming general election.
He’s been in Labour party since 2001 including Campaign Organiser, Head of Leader’s Office Lambeth borough, Director of Communities (under David Evans, Gen Sec of Labour Party), Political Adviser, Head of Labour Group Office and Managing Director of Labour Together since 2017.

The Telegraph, 28 February 2024 reported McSweeney, Starmer’s Campaign Chief is in trouble over non-declaration of the Labour Together donations:
Morgan McSweeney resigned in 2020 from the board of internet censorship organisation, Center for Countering Digital Hate, based in the UK but also incorporated in the US hence spelling of Centre (Why?) as a nonprofit charity (Who funds them?):
They have had some misplaced campaigns to push for the sacking, demonitisation on Google & YouTube of Katie Hopkins, David Icke, George Galloway, and respected US sites – The Federalist conservative news site and ZeroHedge. Both of the latter causing a backlash.
Now working with the Biden State Dept to censor social media sites in the US but originally founded by Imran Ahmed who was an advisor to Hilary Benn and Angela Eagle both Labour MPs.
If this is going to be the temper of the Starmer govt with censorship of the internet then the public need to be forewarned that freedom of speech and the internet will be severely curtailed.
McSweeney was also on the board of the Labour List but resigned in 2020.
The Times reported that Keir Starmer put McSweeney in charge of the processes for selection of future Labour election candidates. One way to bring in more of your Irish friends through the door.
Richard Burgon Labour MP
From 2015, Labour member of parliament for Leeds East, of Irish ancestry and educated in Catholic High School in Leeds. That’s him above wearing the Celtic top and flying the Irish tricolour for St Patricks’ Day. Irish Republican, Celtic fan. Are national security vetting procedures the same as they used for Philby, Burgess, MacLean? Burgon could wear a T-shirt saying ‘Enemy Within’ and still MI5/MI6 would not detect him.

There is an Antisemitic problem in the Labour Party and even though Corbyn is gone it is still embedded in Corbynite members like John O’Donnell and Richard Burgon. Burgon was pulled up by Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics show in March 2018 for alleging Burgon said “Zionism is the enemy of peace”. Burgon said “No that was not my view” and “I didn’t make those comments”.
Then in April 2019 a video appeared showing Burgon speaking at an event in 2014 where he was recorded saying “The enemy of the Palestinian people is not the Jewish people. The enemy of the Palestinian people are Zionists, and Zionism is the enemy of peace and the enemy of the Palestinian people”.

Now for a couple of Spooks or Ex-Spooks who worked at GCHQ, the heart of surveillance in the UK:
Robert Hannigan
Ultimately ended up head of GCHQ, the UK’s electronic spook agency in the doughnut in Cheltenham, UK. They listen to all your phone calls and read your texts, messages, emails and can examine the metadata i.e. who you are communicating with & where you are doing it from. Pushed relationships with telecoms companies and social media giants, Face Book, Twitter and Google (for search & email) for getting backdoors to transatlantic comms. He handled the highest responsibility for liaison and reporting of intelligence between the GCHQ and the US NSA under the 5 Eyes Agreement for sharing important intelligence with UK, US, Australia, Canada and NZ with varying amounts moving between the parties. On A Need To Know basis.
Born in Gloucester in 1965 and brought up in Yorkshire, he had been a high-flying civil servant at the Northern Ireland Office during Blair’s prime ministership, where he was head of communications and later political director.
For nearly ten years Hannigan lived in Belfast and worked on the Northern Ireland Peace Process as Tony Blair’s principal civil service adviser. He was responsible for negotiations with the political parties and paramilitaries, as well as liaison with the US, Irish. He is a fan of Irish football GAA.
Hannigan served as Security Adviser to the UK Prime Minister from 2007-10, giving advice on counter terrorism and intelligence matters. As Head of Intelligence, Security and Resilience in the UK Government’s Cabinet Office, he was responsible for the funding and oversight of the three UK intelligence agencies.
In the Spring of 2016, Hannigan was appointed head of GCHQ. This year just happened to be campaign year for the US Presidency election and Hannigan played a fateful role in hampering firstly candidate Donald Trump during his campaign then when he became President supported the anti-trump US secret agencies using the contrivance of Russian interference in US elections based on ex-MI6 spook Christopher Steele’s dossier. The Deep State goes across governments.
Alleged to have supplied the CIA with intelligence on Donald Trump’s adviser George Papadopousis when in London. Claims were made that GCHQ were supplying surveillance & electronic comms of Americans in UK/Europe to the CIA – it is against US law for the CIA to spy on Americans. Flew to States for meeting with CIA Director John Brennan when really his opposite number was the NSA director, Admiral Mike Rodgers or Michael Hayden? Why? What was he personally delivering to Brennan against Trump?

Resignation
Hannigan’s fall was quick and dramatic although the full reasons were not known immediately. He resigned prematurely after 2 years at the top of GCHQ claiming family reasons, mainly health issues involving his wife and other family members. It was thought that was cover for passing information onto the CIA on Donald Trump when Republican candidate then when Trump became President it compromised Hannigan & UK intelligence’s relationship under the Five Eyes agreement. However it was later reported that Hannigan had given a character reference to a paedophile Roman Catholic priest, friend of the family, in court case involving abuse of children. Thus undermining his judgement so he had to resign and like all spooks put up a cover story. Hannigan had previously considered entering the seminary to train as a priest. So obviously a Roman Catholic.
He favoured the Irish republican side when in Northern Ireland like many of Tony Blair’s staff.
Again he had high clearance and access to top secret intelligence reports. With the Five Eyes agreement, he would have access to USA, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand intelligence which are cleared for distribution through GCHQ within government and armed forces, especially NSA surveillance materials on Irish Republicans.
Hannigan was one of the main architects for intelligence agencies to establish links with for the main technology companies, Facebook, Twitter, telecoms providers. Since Elon Musk took over Twitter we’ve seen the consequences of this in the censorship and interference in the US election for Joe Biden with the White House/FBI/DOJ requesting the suspension of Trump supporting twitter accounts and the blocking of true reports of Hunter Biden’s laptop exposing the pay for play payments of Ukrainian & Chinese parties to Hunter on behalf of ‘10% for the big guy’ – Joe Biden. Supported by 51 former US intelligence operatives that Hunter Biden’s laptop had all the hallmarks of Russian kompromat and was ‘disinformation’. This all with the purpose of covering for the Biden family crimes and to deliver Biden the Presidency.
If elements within the British intelligence community work with US counterparts doing their dirty work then no wonder Northern Ireland has been isolated from friends in America. There needs to be an investigation by the UK Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament overseeing GCHQ/MI5/MI6 over this collusion between the intelligence communities of UK & USA. There is also a need to examine whether Irish Republican operatives within both intelligence communities have worked to subvert the democratic rights of Northern Ireland and it’s position in the Union.
Ciaran Martin
Ciaran Martin a Northern Irish Catholic from Omagh, had worked in GCHQ as the first head of UK National Cyber Security Centre in 2014 so party to top secret intelligence. Like Hannigan he was another Blair appointment into the heart of the civil service/intelligence community. Between 2002 and 2008 he was Principal Private Secretary to the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service and Private Secretary to the Permanent Secretary to HM Treasury. He was UK Cabinet Office’s constitution director from 2011-2014.

He has worked for three years at the National Audit Office, six at the Treasury and eight years at the Cabinet Office, where his roles included director of security and intelligence and constitution director, helping to prepare for the 2014 Scottish independence referendum.
Ciaran Martin was interviewed by his fellow Ulsterman, Neil Mackay, known for pushing Irish republicanism in The Herald, Glasgow. He appeared to be pushing the independence case on behalf of the SNP so appears really to want the UK broken up.
Martin was the lead official negotiator for Prime Minister David Cameron and the Secretary of State for Scotland in the run-up to the Edinburgh Agreement in 2012. Also, during his time in the Cabinet Office, he was Director of Security and Intelligence.
Martin criticized Brexiteers for “flag-waving unionism” from English nationalist politicians. He said the “complex identities” of Northern Ireland faced being undermined by post-Brexit attempts to “redesign” the British state based on “a narrow 17th-century notion of English sovereignty”. In a Guardian article 2 May 2021 he stated:
Amazingly though he mentions the subtleties of treating Northern Ireland he says nothing about the NI Protocol and it’s weaponisation by the Irish govt & EU to impede NI-GB trade and replacement of the 1800 Act of Union protections. All in the deliverance of a United Ireland.
Amazingly when Cyber head, he said the risk of having Chinese Huawei network equipment in the UK broadband network could be managed. Thus exposing the UK to hacking and insertion of malign software. Surely you would minimise any possible risk of infiltration and malware even before the AUKUS agreement, which is largely to counteracts China’s expansion in the Pacific, was signed by Boris Johnson, Joe Biden and Scott Morrison, Australian PM. While focus due to Ukraine war, has been on Russia in Europe, China has been throwing it’s weight around in the Pacific and Africa trapping developing countries in debt laden projects which when they cannot repay are used to enable the establishment of Chinese bases.
Note: The UK government issued legal notices that:
- an immediate ban on the installation of new Huawei equipment in 5G networks;
- a requirement to remove Huawei equipment from 5G networks by the end of 2027;
- a requirement to remove Huawei equipment from the network core by 31 December 2023;
- a requirement to limit Huawei to 35 per cent of the full fibre access network by 31 October 2023;
- a requirement to remove Huawei equipment from sites significant to national security by 28 January 2023; and
- a requirement not to install any Huawei equipment that has been affected by US sanctions in full fibre networks.
Both Martin and Gray were heavily involved in major Union and Constitutional questions related to Northern Ireland and Scotland. Their ‘contributions’ to policy and decisions regarding the Windsor Protocol and Scottish referenda need to be FOI’d though with Sue Grays propensity not to leave a paper trail then what is the likelihood of incriminating documents existing?
The Barbarians are inside the citadel. They have been for awhile. Make sure they are only working for the UK’s benefit, if not then they need to be removed.
